Besides the Business menu (for lunch only, available Monday through Saturday, 30 € all inclusive menu) and the “A La Carte” menu selection, discover the “Voiles d’Or” Menu that is improvised daily by Chef Tristan for 48 €.
Welcome to les Voiles d'Or
Two menus are offered to you on a daily basis. Inspired by the produce available at the morning’s market, Chef Tristan uses fresh, local fare. Corinne, his wife - and your hostess – tests all the dishes before they are featured on the menus. “She is the penultimate food expert” he says.
Across from the Bonsecours Chapel, overlooking Dieppe,we welcome you with “French Gastronomie”, fresh fare that changes daily. You will discover – and enjoy – why Dieppe is one of the top references for the best quality of fish in Europe,and, of course, of sea scallops. Our menu comprises meat dishes also, besides the Chef’s daily market-inspired menus.
